This book is a limited, condensed edition of Twentieth Century Impressions of Hong Kong, Shanghai and other Treaty Ports of China, Published in 1908. The present edition deals mainly with Hong Kong, but as the Colony is so inextricably a part of the mainland, many chapters extend beyond Hong Kong to China itself.
